Reservas en línea
El botón Reservar lo lleva al motor de reservas de Cloudbeds, el sistema que el hotel usa para administrar sus reservas. Los datos que usted escriba allí (nombre, correo, teléfono y pago) los usamos para confirmar y atender su reserva. Los datos de pago los recibe y los procesa ese sistema.
Reservas y WhatsApp
Si nos escribe por WhatsApp, usamos su nombre y su número para responderle y atender su reserva y, solo si usted lo acepta, enviarle novedades del hotel.
Sus derechos
Según la ley colombiana (Ley 1581 de 2012), usted puede conocer, actualizar, corregir o eliminar sus datos personales y revocar su autorización escribiendo a creativohotelblue@gmail.com.

This site doesn't ask for your personal data. With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which buttons are used (Book, WhatsApp, Getting here and Instagram). Online bookings
The Book button takes you to the Cloudbeds booking engine, the system the hotel uses to manage its reservations. We use the details you enter there (name, email, phone and payment) to confirm and handle your booking. Payment details are received and processed by that system.
Bookings and WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, we use your name and number to reply, handle your booking and, only if you agree, send you news from the hotel.
Your rights
Under Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012), you can access, update, correct or delete your personal data and withdraw your consent by writing to creativohotelblue@gmail.com.
